What is the Executive Presence Generator?

A tool created to help you generate Executive Presence by embodying the 6 states of being (a.k.a. “The Six Degrees of Executive Presence”) that produce it.

Why and how does it work?

Executive Presence is generated when a person feels your presence is that of someone who has the ability to lead. This feeling is generated by your state of being. Not just any state of being, but a state of being needed to lead in the moment. The Generator asks a series of questions that help you embody the states of being that lead to Executive Presence.

Where did the Generator come from?
