My boss told me I needed to become a better writer. It was a bitter pill to swallow, but I got to work, and in the end, the work paid off.
One of the best side effects of writing has been when common questions come up, I can now send people to a link to an article that contains all my best thinking on a topic. No need to strain to remember or compose a new response every time.
